DINE IN !     EAT FRESH !      EAT HEALTHY !

I first discovered my love of cooking by baking Skywalker Scrunchies almost every day after school.  Put a young boy together with Star Wars cookies and a chef is born!  And, although I've moved on to a much more beautiful partner, dancing in the kitchen with the uncooked Thanksgiving turkey may have influenced my enjoyment in preparing and serving one of lifes basic necessities.  After graduating from Florida Culinary Institute and going on to spend 15 years cooking in restaurants, I realized I wanted to share my passion for food with others on a more personal level.  I received my Personal Chef training through the APPCA. I am also ServSafe Certified.  There isn't a food I can't cook and, if I haven't heard of it, I'll find it and cook it to perfection. After all, we have to eat to survive.....why not eat to enjoy?
